I've been taking several cars to First Tire and Automotive for several years now; they have always treated me with respect and are always courteous. They will not recommend service your car doesn't need and complete repairs in a reasonable time frame.

This place provides EXCEPTIONAL service and are very honest with you. No BS with them and they make sure they give you the best options at reasonable prices. They're not in the business to make a quick buck. They're in the business to KEEP their customers who stays loyal to them, hence the reason they are mostly booked to capacity. Be sure to call them ahead of time and state the issue that you have with your car. They will tell you straight up if they are too busy and give you the choice of scheduling to come in another time. You can go to your shady mechanics and big time crap dealerships to get your car fixed, but if you want a friendly and trustworthy place to take care of you ride, come here. You will not be disappointed.I had issues with my Acura TL power steering. I did not want to go to the dealership to deal with their shadiness so I took my car to first tire and automotive. David called my car warranty and handled EVERYTHING for me. All I had to do was drop my car off in the morning and it was done before noon. The only reason why it took a while was because they literally had the part specially shipped for me, so I did not mind the waiting. Now I have one smooth, quiet ride. All thanks to them!
