Jessie Webber, Service Advisor

In his two years with First Tire & Automotive, Jessie has become our “go- to-guy” for demonstrating outstanding customer care skills to new employees. He is also our resident computer expert and has helped keep our computers in working order even on his days off. Jessie’s favorite thing about his job is meeting new people. He has lived in Sugar Land for 14 years and loves music and computers.

Jeff Kyle, Service Advisor

Jeff brings nine years of auto repair expertise to First Tire & Automotive. We are lucky to be able to utilize Jeff’s experience in both our Greatwood and First Colony locations. Jeff’s commitment to customer service and getting the job done right makes him a great addition to our team.

Charles Cage, General Service Technician

Charles has been in the automotive repair business for approximately 12 years. He is originally from Monroe, Louisiana. Charles takes pleasure in all aspects of his job and it really shows in the care that he gives to each vehicle he works on. His hobbies include cooking and travel.

Adam Mitschke, General Service Technician

Adam has been in the automotive repair business for approximately four years. He is originally from South Houston. Adam likes the challenge presented by each vehicle he works on and takes pleasure in getting his customers back on the road quickly and safely. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and working on his truck.

Brian Hartfiel, Technician

Brian is a Houston native and attended Westbury High School. He has been working in the automotive business for 27 years. Brian has been a Technician in our Greatwood location for two years. He enjoys hunting and fishing when he is away from the shop.

Robert "Rob" Wagner, Technician

Rob has been a Technician in our Greatwood location since 2004. Rob attended Hastings High School in Alief and has been in the automotive business from 19 years. He enjoys the teamwork at First Tire & Automotive and enjoys a challenging repair job. Some of Rob's hobbies include hunting and fishing and watching NASCAR races.

Francisco "Pancho" Garcia, Technician

Pancho has been in the automotive repair business for 20 years. He is originally from Mexico and has been with First Tire & Automotive as a General Service Technician for nine years. When he is not working, Francisco is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing and hunting.

Pisharn Kamya, Technician

Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Pisharn has recently joined First Tire& Automotive bringing 10 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience to our Greatwood location. Pisharn attended Katy High School and also enjoys working on computers.
