Meet Our Eldridge Automotive Service Staff

Marvin Paz, Store Manager

Marvin is our newest manager, having worked almost five years behind the counter helping customers as a service advisor. He is originally from Guatemala, but was raised in the Houston area. Marvin’s energy and passion for customer service shows in each of his interactions with his customers and his employees. He has two young sons and enjoys music, bowling, exercising and reading in his leisure time.

Stewart Evans, Service Advisor

Stewart has been in the automotive repair business for 36 years. He has worked as a both a Technician in our shop, repairing customer vehicles, and behind the counter as a Service Advisor. This experience gives Stewart a very unique perspective when it comes to taking care of customer needs. Born and raised in Houston, Stewart has two children and two grandchildren and enjoys repairing computers and working on motorcycles.

Michael Cupp, Service Advisor

With 22 years in the automotive repair business, Mike is a very experienced Service Advisor. He is originally from Portland, Oregon, and as a member of an Air Force family has lived all over the world. Mike says his favorite part of his job is becoming good friends with his customers and helping them overcome their anxiety about auto repair. He exemplifies the First Tire & Automotive commitment to honesty and integrity in his dealings with customers, and over the years Mike has earned his customers’ trust and respect and they return to him again and again for vehicle service.

Enrique Millan, Lead Technician

Enrique has been working in the automotive business diagnosing and repairing vehicles for 22 years. Originally from Mexico City, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his daughters.

Steve Neely, Technician

As a Master Certified Technician, Steve brings over 35 years of automotive repair expertise to our Eldridge location. A native of Oklahoma, Steve is very experienced in both customer vehicle care and customer service. He understands the First Tire values and commitment to superior customer service. In his personal time, Steve enjoys fishing.

Jerry Little, General Service Technician

Kempner high school graduate, Jerry Little is one of the newest members of the First Tire team. His approach to customer care is both energetic and thorough. Jerry enjoys getting to know customers and appreciates the fun work environment at the First Colony store. In his free time, Jerry enjoys being on the water and grilling outdoors.

Christopher Woods, Junior Technician

Chris has been in the automotive repair business for approximately five years. He is originally from Houston. Chris is a very hard worker and enjoys the challenges of repairing customer vehicles. In his personal time, he enjoy music and working on cars.
