Company Leadership
Craig Popp, Owner
Craig Popp became the owner of First Tire & Automotive in 1998 when he purchased the First Colony location. With a background in automotive parts and supplies, and a Management degree from Texas A&M University, Craig has continued to expand First Tire & Automotive to three stores, serving greater Fort Bend County.
He has committed his business to supporting local organizations and charities, some of which include the Sugar Land Exchange Club, The ARC of Fort Bend County, St. Laurence Parish and numerous sports teams and organizations in the area. Craig's wife Nancy is actively involved in the business operations. They have two children, Elizabeth and Jonathan who attend St. Laurence Parish School. In his spare time, Craig enjoys fishing in Matagorda Bay.
Susan Riga, Office Manager
Susan has been with First Tire & Automotive a few short months, but already she has made an impact on our daily operations and store organization. She handles all of our accounting and daily financial management and also helps with marketing and customer care efforts. Born in Ennis, Texas and raised in Longview, she attended Texas Woman's University and earned her Bachelor of Science. Susan has been married for eight years and has two daughters, ages 3 and 1.
